Master of Birthdays

My sister's birthday was yesterday, so today I started out by listening to some Metallica. It's her favorite band. She and I went to see them in 2004. It was a great show - until they played some of that crap off of "St. Anger" - yuck.

The Russian Futurists album is somewhere between what Clap Your Hands Say Yeah and Architecture in Helsinki are producing now...but not as good. I don't know how better to describe it than one listen I love it, the next, it's crap.
